Palazzo Bentivoglio inaugurates a new project dedicated to Piero Fornasetti. The materials used to prepare the Summary of the previous episodes are the starting point from which to redesign the underground space and set up plates, trays, boxes and furnishing accessories. All objects belonging to the multifaceted universe of signs and images that the Milanese designer has created during his artistic and entrepreneurial activity. \nAlready the protagonist of a BENTIVOGLIO garage event, Fornasetti is now being investigated in another of our spaces, with the desire to focus on the permanent collection, without pursuing an incessant production of news, but questioning the objects and works that are part of it in different ways and times. \nI HATE THE DECOR! Piero Fornasetti exposes the designer's irrepressible decorative impulse, expressed on any available surface, without hierarchies and preferences. In the midst of the decades dominated by the production of serial objects, when manufacturing time must tend to zero, Fornasetti chooses other paths, which lead him to alternate fortunes. However, his style becomes a canon, thus overcoming fashions and arriving intact to us, ideally still eager to extend himself on surfaces that are still immaculate.
